On December 30, 2019, Changning County Fire and Rescue Brigade held a plaque ceremony. Zhou Haitao, deputy governor of Changning County, unveiled the license plate for the Changning County Fire Rescue Brigade and delivered a speech. Huang Jin, secretary of the county emergency management bureau, representatives of the fire rescue brigade commanders, fire clerks and more than 80 people attended the hanging ceremony.
